We heard and saw a lot of monkeys and birds, it was a really amazing experience that I will remember for a long time in my life. It's like you live in the middle of the jungle, but with all the benefits of a modern world. Interior of the capsule is beautiful, a really spacious shower with a roof window, so you feel like you connect with the nature. All facilities are new and clean. There is a shared kitchen and a fridge that you can use, and a nice pool area. Receptionist was very kind and attentive, and seemed really interested in our needs. A delicious and healthy breakfast was included in the price. Outside the hotel you can find some nice restaurants and beach clubs, and sea is just across the street. Hotel staff helped us with the motorcycle rent, which is only in a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Bocas town is reachable by taxi in less then 10 minutes and taxi cost only 2 dollars per person! What I cannot put in words is the atmosphere of this place, which is really peaceful and just beautiful.

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. We had an excellent time at Bird Island Bungalows. From the moment we arrived we were able to disconnect and just be present at this beautiful property. The staff were very attentive and friendly and always looking after us. The views are spectacular whether enjoying them from the deck, the pool or one of the two private beaches. Breakfast was well served and delicious. I'd highly recommend the granola. All in all we had a very relaxing time at Bird Island Bungalows and we sad to leave but we'll certainly be back some day soon!

Free private parking is available and the apartment also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Perfect location just at the edge of town, within walking distance or a quick $1 cab. Morning coffee on the dock overlooking the ocean was beautiful, our apartment was spacious and bed very comfortable, AC in every room and a gorgeous view of Saigon Bay.

Some units feature views of the sea or garden. In comparison to two other accommodations, Mosana was our highlight. If I had known about them prior, I would have made different accommodations for most of the time in Bocas del Toro and stay with them. Nadia and Salvatore are excellent hosts. Our room had a comfortable bed, bath and outside patio with kitchen accessories and a small refrigerator means you can stay here for a number of days very comfortably. A sea level concrete deck outside offers guests sunbathing and access to the water for wading and swimming. A few steps away a covered patio stands along the coast line adjacent to the kitchen area where Breakfast and dinner can be served. The food prepared is very good-excellent! Prices good! I would return here in the future.
