The yoga deck is a dream, whether for the daily classes or your own training session (there are even some weights available). There’s also a beach volleyball court, a stargazing area, a gorgeous pool, and direct access to a beautiful beach for long walks. Plus, they offer massages, tours, and easy access to diving centres (about 20mins away) in Santa Catalina, which made it the perfect base for our PADI certification. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Anthea, whose story and passion for this place shine through in every detail. Their love for music adds a special touch to the atmosphere, making it even more unique. The vibe is social yet laid-back, like a boutique retreat with the warmth of a hostel, but for all types of travelers—singles, couples, families, and friends alike. Honestly, everything was perfect. Catalina’s Hideaway was one of the absolute highlights of our three-week adventure in Panama, and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
