The place is located on a quiet street, with very easy access to shops and the main, central areas of Targoviste (Chindia Park, Old City Centre). The kitchen is separated from the rest of the apartment--so no noisy appliance problem. The beds are comfortable. The administrator waited for us and took us up and showed us everything. The internet was fast.
