We got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the 14th floor. It was amazing. The suite was huge, the bathroom was incredible and so was the view on both sides of the hotel. We felt really pampered. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Overall it was our 5th stay in this hotel and it is our favorite place in Serbia so far.

Hotel Zen features an outdoor pool and a sun terrace. Free WiFi access is provided and free private parking is available on site. It is located in a quiet area of Niš, about 3 km from its centre. Room, facilities, staff, everything is exceptional. An overall great experience.

Majesty Accommodation offers air-conditioned rooms with cable or satellite TV and private bathrooms. Cozy family hotel 10 minutes walk to the center with good amenities and private secure parking on the site. The owner and his family were welcome and gave us useful recommendations on where to go. By the way, Nislijska Mehana is really the best restaurant in the city with tasty traditional dishes. And we like our breakfast in the morning. Thank you Vladimir. We definitely recommend this place and come back again.

The apartment was much more spacious than I expected, with three separate rooms plus a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing or working. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The whole place was spotless and really cozy, with a lot of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is great—central but quiet—and the host was amazing: super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about what to see and do in Niš. Special thanks for all the great recommendations! I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is completely new in a new building and equipped with everything you need. There is absolutely nothing you will miss. The appliances and top notch. You have plenty of parking space right outside the building. The hofst was more than helpful and sent a bunch of information prior to our arrival. The apartment has a smart lock and the self check-in is super easy. We were traveling from far away and we had clothes to wash...the apartment had a washer/dryer which made everything so easy. We are traveling through Nis very often and this is by far the best apartment we stayed in. The apartment was squeaky clean. This is the one we will definitely come back to.
