My parents came to this hotel in 2010 and recommended it, well 14 years later (we came for our 5years anniversary) it is still incredible! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and always ready to help, I got severe sunburns before my arrival at Constance Ephelia and the staff helped me settle into the room and helped me to be comfortable at lunch and dinner also. we would like to express our gratitude to a few staff members that were standing out for us: Winniefred from reception & guest relations, Vamsi, Frank, and Prabu from the restaurants, our ever enthusiastic buggy driver Ismael, Alina from fitness and our fantastic housekeeper Gerard. kind regards Sandrine & Dexter from room 351 :) see you next time!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment was extremely well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Christophe went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. He was always reachable, followed up with us throughout our stay, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If it were possible, I would give a rating higher than 10. Highly recommended.

The appartments are super modern, clean, perfectly equipped and the beds are super comfy!!! But the best is the manager: Such a lovely person!!! We have been there without car (which is recommended as the appartments is high up the hill) and she did even drive us to a big supermarket to buy some grocery! She treats you like her personal guest, not like paying customers.

Cecile went a above and beyond to organize expeditions and to make sure that I was comfortable. I would really love to go back!
