Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. This apartment hotel is centrally located in Åre and offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access, just 100 metres from the Åre Torg Square and 300 metres from the Kabinbanan Ski Lift. The location is excellent. It is clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly.

On arrival we were greeted by the host, who helped us access the property and left us with some freshly made cinnamon pastries and biscuits, which were gorgeous! The photos of the apartment do not do this property justice. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped (dishwasher/washer/dryer/coffee machine/induction hob/storeage-area for skis snowboards etc.) all the homely comforts you require. Definitely a home from home! Freshly ground coffee & filters, soap and shampoo, washing powder, condiments all provided. Breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The buffet breakfast was served everyday from 7am until 10.30am. There was a vast selection of items to choose from. All the breads and pastries were home made and freshly baked daily on site, absolutely delicious (we would come back just for them!).
