The location is perfect, calm, and outside the city yet close enough so you don't waste lot of time commuting to Visby. The view from the sea-view tiny houses is amazing. Spotless clean (but literally), easy check in and check out (you use your phone as a key, which is very convenient, it takes 5 minutes to install an app and figure out how it works). Kitchen furnished with everything you might think of (you can check in the pictures). Everything is smart and practical, and someone has thought of all the needs you might have ( at least that's how it was for us) 😊 Perfect place if peace of mind is what you're looking for. ✨️ We had an amazing time, and I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect and very peaceful location between Visby and Fåro. Amazing breakfast with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly warm and kind, who will make you feel at home. Some outside games you can play was a plus. We even got to see a hedgehog at night sneaking around by luck.

The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again. This hotel is housed in a medieval, 13th-century building, only 100 metres from Visby Cathedral. Free WiFi is offered. A beautiful little historic hotel nestled in a walled garden in the north of the amazing Medival town of Visby. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable.The staff were extremely helpful, giving us good local recommendations and completing bookings. The breakfast was a real highlight with delicious homemade goods and a good range of choices to keep everyone happy. We would definitely recommend Hotel Helgeand Wisby!
