There's a pool with adjacent outdoor bathroom, shower, and change room, with hammocks and multiple seating areas. Upstairs, there is a cozy living room space with a brand-new foosball machine. They have waters, beer, and soda in fridges on-site at really affordable prices, and beach chairs we could borrow. The location is perfect: the beach is right across the street, not even a 1-minute walk. The room itself is spacious, homey, and spotless, with a huge and comfortable bed, A/C, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom is also clean and well-equipped with towels and toiletries. What solidified our experience was the warmth of the host, Melania. She is incredibly welcoming, prepared us a delicious traditional El Salvadoran breakfast (also gave us the choice of an American breakfast), gave us activity and restaurant recommendations, and even personally drove us to and from a restaurant since we didn't have a car! The hospitality here is unparalleled. This was an 11/10 stay, would return in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Bonus: special shoutout to their adorable rescue dog, Leo!
