Everything was just perfect! The location, the building, the rooms, the sanitary level, the location. I was travelling for two months in Thiland and this was one of my favourite hotels. We checked into the hotel at 7:00 AM. The reception staff were very kind and polite. Since we didn’t purchase a breakfast package, I can’t comment on the breakfast. The view of Bangkok from the infinity pool looked beautiful. Also, the most important thing for us was being able to check into our room at 7:00 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. We sincerely thank BB and the reception staff for this thoughtful gesture.

We really enjoyed te view from the room, the bed was super comfy. Whenever we used the pool it seemed like it was our private one. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included both Thai and Western staples. The best part is the staff and how welcoming they are. The hotel offers tuktuk shuttle service to metro and one time the scheduled tuk tuk was stuck in traffic, but another staff member quickly sorted out another option for us the get to metro line.

The hotel and service was simply amazing - the best so far in my experience. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were in order. They even have their own app - upon downloading it, you can order any extra things to your room - super convenient. Breakfasts are included, and the variety of dishes is great, you can find whatever you fancy. I'm vegan, and I was able to find right options every morning. Tip: if you want coffee with vegetable milk, just ask the staff:) Location was also perfect - you have your own dedicated exit to the BTS station. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for everything we needed in Bangkok. We often find ourselves spending just one or two nights here on transit and always looked for a place that combines comfort with convenience. Public House finally ticks all the boxes: spacious and high-standard rooms, very comfortable and well designed, great food, a cool atmosphere, and a fantastic location within walking distance to malls and all the fun part of Bangkok. The staff were also truly wonderful.

The staff were very accommodating with our young child and late departure (high chairs in the dining area, post checkout access to the pool/lounge/restaurant areas). The room was fantastic: spacious, clean, great furnishings, excellent bathroom, kitchenette, etc. Highly recommended.
