This hotel is was beautiful. Traveling with a family, including small children, it is situated just right for Pattaya with younger children. The staff were fantastic especially arrival and check in. Chin at the door was awesome and very helpful. I wrote down the names of the great staff who assisted with check in but lost the paper sorry. They had to check in 9 of us in our group at once and did so very quickly and provided so much information, very professional! The children were 'blown away' with the pool area and slides and the glass walkway! We were lucky enough to check in on the day of the kids's foam party at the pool and our 7 year old grandson rocked out like a pro! Unfortunatley, the weather was not the best, which we have never experienced in Thailand before, it was almost chilly and very windy at the pool area which meant that we didn't spend too much time swimming. I'm sure if the weather had been better, it would have been perfect to enjoy the pool. All the activities we used were free and the little ones enjoyed the kids club. All items in the room (fridge and snacks) were also free of charge and refreshed daily. Well done Grande Centre Point! Thank you!

Located a 15-minute walk to the beach, Arden Hotel and Residence by At Mind offers modern accommodation fully-equipped with necessary facilities. Staff were excellent, they remembered my stay from previous visits and sent me brownies to my room as a welcome back gesture. Excellent service and hospitality. Located in Pattaya Central, Aster Hotel and Residence by At Mind boasts an outdoor pool and free WiFi access in public areas. The staff and security were excellent, very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and fresh towels provided.They provide lots of bathroom essentials ( shower gels etc ) and they do smell lovely. Towels provided for the swimming pool. They gave us free cakes when we were swimming one afternoon, totally unexpected. They have a lovely Bistro. We go to Thailand every year and have stayed at lots of hotels and condos and this will take some beating.

Nice pools, incredible breakfast and fantastic staff that were very helpful. The resort is also a good place to bring kids and the staff love kids too.

Hotel was beautiful.lovely room with private pool. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinner very nice at the restaurant.very attentive staff Pool area was clean with plenty of chairs. WE had combined leisure/business trip and enjoyed the functionality of the apartment with the balcony even allowing a glimpse of seaview and sufficient space to hold small business meeting. The host is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
