Upgrade was very kind and much appreciated. Staff was excellent. Room was outstanding. Exceeded our expectations. We would have booked another night but we guessed the resort would be very busy and the special deal we received on a week night would not be extended again for a weekend night.

Stunning hotel concept hidden away in its beautiful tropical jungle grounds. Loved the train concept and the style of the rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff (although the English language levels of some of them needed improving). Delicious food and great variety. The Poirot restaurant design, food and service was fabulous. So too Papillon bar. We were lucky that the hotel was quiet as it was low season, so it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Not cheap but definitely worth paying for a treat!

Good communal areas to hang out in.They organized a day tour in the National Park which we thoroughly enjoyed.

They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms and comfort areas were spotless, with cleanliness that truly impressed us. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to our day. Overall, this hostel offers a top-notch experience with great service, pristine facilities, and tasty breakfast options. Highly recommended!

Mr. Nong is an exceptional host and guide – friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful. He arranged transportation for us from and to the train station, gave us great tips on getting around the city, and recommended places to eat. We stayed in the family room, which was simple but spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Our 1-day tour to Khao Yai with Mr. Nong was a true highlight. His deep knowledge of the area and his warm, caring nature made the day unforgettable.

The location was near the Khaoyai national park. We arrive to the Pak Chong train station and then hotel has managed a car to pick us up. The breakfast is great and the tour arranged by hotel was really wonderful.
