Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Free WiFi and a continental breakfast are also provided. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

Private cabanas are available for hire at the rooftop pool. The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge.

Come and enjoy our seasonal outdoor swimming pool, outdoor firepit located in our courtyard, or our indoor pool that is open year-round. Every room offers a spacious seating area, coffee maker, and other amenities. A HOT Breakfast is offered daily in the breakfast room located on the 2nd floor. Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.
