We like our stay here very much so we decided to extend our stay. When we came we got tee and water. We got our room and then the owner ask if we wanted to have a free room upgrade. We got a room at the top with amazing view over the moutains in the valley. Room 301 I recomend you to book. The room are super clean and you got a good blanket that warms you good during the night. Breakfast is perfect, tee or coffe with warm baugette and egg, pankakes and fruit. Can also have noodles if you prefer that. The staff is very nice and the place is spotless. Will be happy to come back again! Thanks!

We loved our stay here — the place is all made of bamboo, with a big terrace overlooking the mountains and surrounded by traditional village houses. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic. Breakfast and coffee were great, and they also offer bike rental and laundry service which was very convenient. The hosts are super nice and always ready to help.

This was the nicest hotel I think I've ever stayed in. Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast fantastic and the vegetarian options yummy (the catfish special dish was amazing says my friend!). We enjoyed making batik and candles, visiting the spa, watching the ducks, visiting the different parts of the resort grounds, a village hike, photographing the plants and butterflies and just enjoyed being in a beautiful place with kind people and excellent service.

Hakuna Matata homestay Mai Châu ligger i Mai Chau og har en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, have, en terrasse og restaurant. This is the ideal home stay for meeting people as a solo traveler. Not only is it an incredibly friendly, welcoming atmosphere but the staff themselves will get to know you. Vinh, the host, is a gem. I booked a tour with her and it was like spending the day with a good friend. She also helped arrange transportation and patiently helped other travelers with their itineraries, even beyond their time in Mai Chu. For a 35 solo traveler who wanted a social environment without rowdy partying, this was perfect. The space itself was nice, the location convenient…I recommended it to other travelers.

Everything was really perfect, the host was so nice and had good English so communication was good, the beds were comfy and spoiling along with the clean spacious room. We Arrived to a warm welcome from her daughter, puppies and amazing view and atmosphere. Breakfast was good and the bathroom felt very clean even being shared and outside:) would definitely recommend

One of the best homestays I've ever been in! The location and view are just unbeatable, with a gorgeous view of the rice fields and mountains and away from the hustle of any village or town. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the food (including the coffee) is UNREAL! Make sure to try the vegetable stuffed tofu as it was one of the best dishes I've had in a very long time. It's definitely the perfect place to recharge and relax, with a slightly social atmosphere if you feel like chatting to people. I spent 5 nights but could have easily been there for longer. Can't wait to be back!
