I loved how thought was put into the smallest details: from the key cards to decoration - wonderful. Everywhere there was something to explore. The property was very modern, a boutique hotel, while the original touch and feel of the building was still preserved.

We had an amazing stay. The spa is excellent and the rooms were cosy. Staff is very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations on what to see and experience in the area. We are definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel. Would without a doubt recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a larger room with a great view of the mountains and close to the elevator. This hotel has a very chic location. From the room's terrace, you could see the mountains and the sky. There are many different hiking trails nearby. There weren't many people during the weekdays, and we just wanted to get away from people and the city and breathe in the fresh forest air. Also, there aren't many restaurants in the town overall, but the hotel provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was very convenient for me personally. In the afternoon, you could use the sauna, from which you could go out onto the terrace with a view of the mountains. If we want to escape the city again, we will definitely come back.

I came to Bad Gastein alone, to snowboard for a week, so my key needs were- Location(Close to ski lift, close to public transport), price(No one to split the bill with) and my needs were met completely. This place is Right next to both train station and buss stations, RIGHT NEXT to them, but very quiet and the Stubnerkogel ski lift is right across the street. My room was cleaned every day, i was met at breakfast with a smile every morning, it was super warm, the bed was large and comfortable, modern TV with netflix, parking space right at the door(If you go by car), the room was spacious for one person and quite enough for 2. The hostess was very kind and ready to help with anything. Flexible check-in/check-out.(For late arrivals, early breakfast). Highly recommend for 1-2 people going on a ski trip.

Good apartments, with everything that you need. Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with a window but it was solved the next day. Ski room is great. Location is great, 1min walk from the bus stop, 10min walk from the ski lifts if you dont take the bus. The fact it was dog friendly but you are charged extra per dog. And there's no mention of this so be aware. Room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Also very clean.

Beautiful, stylish and cozy setting. Elegant rooms with lovely views. Exceptionally pleasant and kind owners, as well as the rest of the hotel staff. Great restaurant on site. Delicious breakfast. Pet friendly

Superb XIX-century chalet with comfortable lodging, equipped with everything you need. Very pet-friendly, for our dog waited blanket and bowl :-) Lavish breakfast in the nearby Salzburger Hof.
