Where do I start!!!!!!!! The Villa Massis staff is more like family. They served us like royalty and treated us as if we were family. I would stay at Villa Massis every time I visit Bullet Tree!!!! Everytime I visit Belize!

Annie looked after us very well. The place is unassuming but has everything you could need and the bed was very comfortable. Its close to all the attractions in town and to the main shuttle company for either flores or Caye Caulker

Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff were all so welcoming and attentive. Benoni, Kevin, the chefs, the housekeeping staff and the grounds staff were all amazing. Benoni looked after all our excursions by booking us with tour guides, all the guides were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The food at the lodge was absolutely delicious. The accommodations were extremely clean and staff was always available for anything we needed. I would highly recommend the lodge to anyone. We already miss being there.

The house was a perfect size for our group of 6. It was very clean, comfortable & had everything that we needed. It had a nice view & took approx 10-15 min to walk into town. Communication with the host was excellent! We would definitely stay there again!
