This is a hidden gem with well-cared for rooms and friendly staff. I can't think of anything we didn't like about the location. I will definitely book again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Campbellford area.

Nothing. I arrived with service dog and was told to get out. I was yelled at and the owner used profanity almost from the beginning.
Save your money and stay away from this place. Cost me $170 for the place I wasn't allowed to stay. Owner refused to refund the money.

The apartment is warm and cozy, with a sitting area and a kitchen. It is located in the charming town of Campbellford, on the Trent River. Ferris Prov Park is nearby. The host provides a fresh milk, eggs, bread, and other supplies for breakfast!

Kimberly was an outstanding host, her breakfast was amazing, shopped for lactose free items for my husband and cooked extra bacon for our dog. The house is beautiful and location is great. It was such a welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are very well appointed. It was my husband's first B&B experience and he loved it.
