Host Doris is very kind. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean—everything feels like new and is equipped exactly as you need. The kitchen has all the essential utensils and basic food items—tea, spices, oil—so you don’t have to buy them if you want to cook. We truly felt comfortable, just like at home. Super great for the ski season with new lift opposite that takes you to ski school meeting place Hotel very traditional with a modern feel, super cosy, warm with open fire for the evening. Food is super. Been there in season and out of season now. Service and quality of food great. Staff really attentive. Would have no hesitation in recommending

I really liked the atmosphere of the place. The host is wonderful and helped a lot. Offered home-made honey, and other help once my wife was a bit sick. Everything was there- toys for kids, TV, internet, kitchen was fully equipped. We rested so well there!

Our 4th time here. Séverine is simply lovely. Rooms are spotless, views stunning, location perfect for the Haute Route, bathrooms with double sinks, comfy beds and so peaceful. Excellent food and brekkie. Right next to bus stop, shop and trails. We will keep coming back!

The staff is super friendly. The location is just at the bottom of the mountains we need to pass on the Haute Route. Great food and fantastic views of the mountains. Bed is super comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in central Arolla. Excellent location for the nearby hikes. Staff were superb, friendly and very helpful. Restaurant is excellent. Good breakfast too. Amazing view of the Mont Collon. Free parking. Bus stop just opposite if not arriving by car. Nice sized room with a balcony.

Location, location, location. Wonderful spot in the middle of the mountains in Arolla, with views on the Pigne & Mont Collon. Rooms are tiny and creaky, the shower is not really fit for tall (or large) people, but the surroundings and the authenticity of this place make up for all of this. It's just a magical place.
