The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They help us with all our requests. The room was spacious, clean, with a beautiful view to the city and a nice bath. The location is romantic, the views of the mountains are impressive. There is a small spa, which we used and we loved it. We had dinner in the fondue chalet and the whole experience was top. Great service and very good quality food. Nothing to complain, this hotel is a beautiful getaway for anyone tired of the city life.

We arrived very early, but we were able to check into our room, and meet family to enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, with local oat speciality which we enjoyed. Underground secure car park with easy access into the hotel. Excellent value for Switzerland.

From initial walk in till I left everything about this hotel was 10/10 the staff were Luvly and polite and Anita was very helpful. Breakfast was more than enough and very tasty the room was clean and comfy.

Opened in October 2013, the prize by Radisson, Zurich Affoltern am Albis can be found half-way between Zürich and Zug, a 20-minute drive or train ride from both cities.
