I stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel's location was good, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the receptionist was not welcoming. When we checked in, he only checked my passport and handed me the hotel key card without providing any additional information. I had to ask him about everything, even the location of the breakfast area. It was only then that he checked if breakfast was included in our stay. On the third day of our stay, we visited the Rhine Falls in the morning. When we returned, our room had not been tidied up, and the towels had not been changed. I requested housekeeping services from the receptionist, but when I called to follow up, I was told that their priority was cleaning rooms for departing guests. Later, housekeeping did visit my room, but only to change the towels while I was waiting downstairs. Zurich I hope that in the future, the hotel will treat all guests equally, regardless of their stay duration or departure status.

Cleanliness, Location is perfect next to Zurich airport and Rümlang train station which you can walk but there’s also a bus stop about 150m! The staff were awesome as well! Breakfast was great! English breakfast which you don’t find in many places.

Excellent services. Thanks to the welcome by Melanie. Breakfast very personalized by amazing staff. Rooms are nice and sizes too. Location is nearly perfect. Limousine driver couldn't find the hotel entry. So you need to precise In Gassen.

Rooms were nice and clean. We booked two rooms for a family of 4 since it was a last minute booking and that’s all there was available. Parking available. Location very close to the airport. Also close to grocery store. It is our second time staying here before our flight the next day. Everything was great. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Great stay

Location. Price. The checkin lady in the evening. The lady, (unfortunately I don’t know her name. She seems to have asian descendants). She was very friendly, and competent. Fast check in. Explained everything very well. Even informed me what time to come for breakfast to avoid crowds and long lines.
