when we reached the address, the company came and told us they are extremely sorry but the mainatainance work in the toilet hasnt finished yet so they took us around the city for about 3 appartments and we were told to choose one of them. We took the one which fitted our needs. Although we lost a little bit of time, but we are extremely happy with the professionalism and committment of the company.

Everything was great about the property. The host was so kind and we literally had everything in the property. There was a nice kitchen with all amenities and appliances, very spacious bedroom, very spacious living room and smart tv if you wanna watch some Netflix. The location was very near to the lake and we could see the snow mountain from the windows. Would certainly recommend this property.

Awesome convenient location , out of the world host . Huge apartment with hygiene of a 5 star hotel , big windows , bright sunshine. Fully equipped kitchen , very comfortable beds , super wifi . The host were very helpful about guiding as with local insights & mentioned that they are available 24/7 for any assistance. Very peaceful & quite surrounding . Our stay was more than great, and the place exceeds expectations. The location is perfect and only a few minutes walk from the bus stop. When we arrived, we found everything that made the guest feel welcome: coffee, tea, chocolate and a fully equipped kitchen as if it were prepared with special care for us. The village itself is charming, and its picturesque view. We loved having a small shop that catered to all the needs, as well as the possibility of buying fresh milk and local cheese from the village - a beautiful experience that made our stay more authentic. As for Miss Helen, she was on top of kindness and attention and gave my child a gift that made her very happy, and her advice was golden, and the picnic was one of the most beautiful moments of our journey, and the views along the way are unforgettable. In short: a place worth admiring, and the owner of the place makes the experience much better. We highly recommend it, and we hope it will be back soon.

Property (Krokus - double storey house good for 6pax) is very clean, warm, cosy and has a fully equipped Kitchen. Lake behind property is very beautiful. Owner Matt was very responsive and helpful. Location is very good, has a small supermarket just outside property and 3 supermarkets (Migro, Coop and Avec) a short walk away near Interlaken West train station. Our transfer from Interlaken West to Zermatt was hassle free even with luggage in tow. Free transport bus pass was given as well, transfer via free bus to Interlaken OST to explore Junfraujoch and Mount First was easy. Highly recommended to stay here!

Amazing views, big rooms, great service and excellent pizza. All you get in a quaint part of interlaken town. Hotel is right in front of lake brienz and a cruise and speed boat is right in front of property. It’s connected to interlaken ost via a bus that is in every 30 mins. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a property with views, service and food.
