Outside Zurich but very close to the EMPA research center, and with very easy access from the airport. The bed was comfortable. I had a small balcony with a nice view towards a cluster of trees. The breakfast was ok. The staff was excellent and very helpful. My room was very spacious. Actually, I was given a flat (with kitchen, lounge and a second bathroom) at the price of a single room.

The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.
