Luxurious hotel, very reasonably priced. 20min drive from the airport and the hotel staff made it so easy to book a driver for me- checking in at 4am. Both drivers were really friendly too. Really appreciate the good communication over message with hotel on booking.com.

Melissa was amazing, she spoke excellent English and helped me discover places to visit in the city. She was incredibly kind and truly made my stay special. Great place to stay in Haikou. The room was spacious and clean, and walking distance to markets and the old town. They provide a useful map with key places to go - this was great especially as we couldn’t use google maps.
