This is a very comfortable, super clean and well located apartment in the old town of Cuenca. Eva is a fantastic host and very helpful and responsive. We were 2 couples and I have to say the trundle beds in the second bedroom are probably better suited to children or young people. However this doesn't detract from the high quality of the apartment. The lift was very much appreciated by my parents and the washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and the centre of town is a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. I would recommend this apartment for a base to explore Cuenca.

Very nice accomodation, with huge kitchen and massage bathtube. There was good communication with the hosts, they waited us and gave the keys. There is not possible to park before the building, but there are parking lots within a hundred meter of distance. Very clean and nice place, we can absolutely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! ​The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. ​The host was truly amazing. Their kindness and generosity made us feel instantly welcome. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after our journey. ​The house itself was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition throughout. Everything felt new and well-maintained. It was also wonderfully quiet, allowing for a very restful stay.

First of all, Cuenca is the place to visit if stunning landscapes and quaint towns fascinate you. This apartment itself is situated on a quiet street right at the heart of town. Its proximity to various attractions in Cuenca makes it ideal for travellers visiting the town for a short time. Public transport isn't so frequent in Cuenca, so you'll definitely appreciate being in walking distance to most ammenties. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. It has an earthy feel to it because of its wooden finishings and polished brown tiles. The host was very accommodating and hospitable. Although he did not speak English, his partner communicated to me in English and kindly gave me her contact information in case I needed anything. She also offered to keep my baggages even past check out.
