This was a special trip and first hotel accommodation for my fiance Mark 's surprise retirement and 65th Birthday holiday. I did pre-advise the hotel before arriving and was overwhelmed with our fabulous two storey penthouse room you so kindly allocated. This gesture by your hotel totally set the tone for what was a holiday of a lifetime, Thank you so much. Finally, the young red headed lady who checked us in was a ball of absolute pleasure and positivity.

The unique feature of having a beer tap right in the room was a standout, providing a delightful touch to our accommodation. Although we encountered a slight hiccup when the tap stopped working, the hotel staff was quick to address the issue. They promptly looked into the problem and compensated us with an assortment of canned beers, ensuring our experience remained seamless. Additionally, the concept of a 'shower beer' added a fun and refreshing twist to our routine, making the entire stay memorable. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring the city. The staff deserves a special mention for their kindness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast at the hotel was superb, consistent with the high quality we’ve come to expect from BrewDog establishments. Clean and tidy apartment with a very nice garden and view . Rooms are nice and modern. Very relaxing, had a great time. The owner were very friendly and helpful and provided all the guidance. The apartment has a tutorial book for all the equipments which is a really good idea. And I have to say the hand soap is excellent. (So nice smell) Highly recommended!

We stayed here on a friends trip to Manchester. The apartment was excellent with spacious rooms and everything you needed for the duration of the stay. The apartment was clean and very centrally located (just a short walk to the main part of the city centre which made it very convenient). Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Manchester. The host was also great and very accommodating when we requested an early check in, thank you.
