First of all, I came across a lot of bad comments about the hotel. These comments were mostly about the room not being cleaned. I have not encountered such a situation. The most accurate comment I can make is this: Generally, hotels are worse than they appear in the photo. This hotel was better than it looked in the photos. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were very spacious.

We had an amazing time at Niovi - the apartment was lovely and the pool area is beautiful. Such a friendly team, they were really helpful with recommendations and were very welcoming - we really appreciated the complimentary extras! We 100% recommend a visit and would love to come back! Very nice and comfortable place! Close to the beach with perfect water (but take in mind, that the way is not plane :-) ) Comfortable and cozy place with sea-view (from the upper floor); well equipped territory with perfect grass and enough number of parking places! Hospitable hosts!

I would like to thank you so much for all the team at the Sunny Hill Studios. At the arrival we had been welcomed with warming greetings by a lovely Lady called Stela and their lovely assistants Constatinos and Panaiotris . They took us to our lovely and well decorated studio. The room was impeccable clean, all equipped for your comfort. They provided us with; towels , toiletries, water , a very comfortable bed and a bonus was the electric repel that we never had to use. The bathroom for my surprise had a rainy shower, which it’s so relaxing and therapeutic after a long day at the beach. At the back of the studio you will find your private garden for your own enjoyment! Our unit also had a very big comfortable sofa where you could take a seat and catch up with news or maybe a movie . The property had a lovely swimming pool with a bar opposite . The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, they had a selection and variates for all tastes, we loved the very delicious Greek pastry ( our favourite was feta cheese and spinach) Normally the breakfast finishes 10am and for our surprise the most nice touch; the assistant came at each table to check if you would like anything else before they close the service , for me this was the most polite touch I have seen in an accommodation. They had a restaurant that serves local cuisine and with affordable prices . We will highlight and recommend the Moussaka that was very delicious in our opinion. The accommodations its 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk to the most famous and paradisiacal Sani Beach and most luxurious Sani Resort. Stela and her team are constantly thinking in each detail to make your stay enjoyable. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel at home. I can’t recommend enough this accommodation, perfect for couples , friends and family ! I will certainly be back next year. It’s a rare find in Booking.com !!

Apartment totally new, everything is there for comfortable stay, beds are excellent, mosquito nets are on all windows, quiet surrounding. AC in every room. Host is amazing, very friendly. We would definitely come back! Big recommend . ❤️

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our family vacation in Siviri. The apartment was perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host went above and beyond, providing exceptional hospitality and making us feel truly welcome. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and two lovely balconies—one offering a stunning sea view and the other overlooking a peaceful pine forest. The location is also ideal, with both the beach and a supermarket just a short, easy walk away. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great property, so close to the sea and everything else, yet so quiet and calm. Peter is a fantastic host, took care for everything we needed, there was a complementary water and wine in fridge, dog friendly, very very clean and comfortable.
