I stayed at Eftychias Residence in April 2025 for almost two weeks and really enjoyed my time there. The apartment was super cozy and tastefully decorated – it felt like home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the large terrace, which was perfect for relaxing. The location is great too – peaceful yet conveniently situated, making it easy to reach the climbing spots and the town. A big thank you to Katharina, who was an incredibly kind and attentive host. You can really tell she cares about her guests. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Very nice place, hosts are very kind and they are always ready to help you. Lovely place with great view from the balcony. ( The Google map show the wrong place, but if you put Avras Kalymnos to map- then it is a correct place.) The apartapents situated near the main road where you can easily find shops, restaurants and bars.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful apartment. It has been refurbished with lots of thought in a contemporary style but with lots of original features. We loved it. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is perfectly situated, only 1 minute walk to a good supermarket and only a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Artemissia was a very helpful host and always available to help.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is in a great location — about a 10-minute walk from the port and the main town with restaurants, and around 10–15 minutes from the beach. There’s also a big grocery store just a few minutes away. The building is new, very clean, and everything inside the apartment feels brand new — from the kitchen and appliances to the pots, pans, and cutlery. Everything spotless and well thought out. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, surrounded by green gardens, and the apartment itself has a lovely positive energy and relaxing atmosphere. It also has a large terrace and a washing machine, which was super convenient. The host was amazing — very friendly and genuinely kind. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had, and I’d happily stay here again!
