The room was very clean and beautiful, with an equipped kitchen. It had a large balcony where you can sit and relax with a great view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and communicative, giving the perfect warm sense of greek hospitality. They were very helpful and always there to fulfill any request. Right along the street you can find a bar for any necessity, and there is plenty of room for parking. It is located very close to many beautiful beaches of Sithonia. We will definitely return, highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stellina's place! The breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and the sea from the garden were stunning. The owners and stuff were very helpful. The property has free parking. They allowed us to check in early. The bed was not very soft, but that was not a problem for us. In the room, there were complimentary water, drinks, and sweets. There were mosquito screens on the doors, and also mosquito repellent in the room. We didn’t use the kitchen area, but it was equipped with sufficient utensils. We ordered from the property’s bar; the portions were adequate and the food was delicious. The property has its own beach. The beach area is pebbly, but the sea floor is sandy. There were free sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for our room number(room 4). We were very comfortable with our two small children. There were enough tables and chairs in the garden. The view was beautiful. The owners gave us detailed information about the restaurants and places we wanted to visit. After our car trip from England to Greece, thanks to them, we had an amazing two days. This lovely property, which has become one of the places we want to visit again, will be dearly missed.

I must admit Kokkinos exceeded our expectations for the holiday..the whole house with the garden and private beach were amazing.. the place is pet friendly, our dogs enjoyed as much as we did. Perfect location, shallow water, kayaks and paddle boards free to use. We are deffinitelly coming back. Thanks for everything!

Super convenient location with a supermarket around the corner, and the beautiful Karidi beach 5-10min on foot. Very clean and modern facilities (kitchenette and bathroom), all basic necessities provided. Free strong WiFi. Cutest house dog Ariel to greet you/guard the property! Free parking easy to access. Owners are friendly and there to help if needed, but won't bother you if you don't want them to.

First, Antonio is the most welcoming, helpful and nice host. We had a very pleasant staying with our dog. Very nice terrace and view, parking space, everything you need for enjoyable vacation.
