The staff team is just amazing! They are all super kind and try to make you feel comfortable. You have to be aware that this place is really remote and it is hard to explore the island if you do not have a car but if you like that, it is a perfect place to stay. At the moment they offer one daily shuttle to the supermarket and the ferry harbour. I would recommend to stay at least three nights. The matresses are comfortable and you get bed sheets and blankets so you do not need to bring your sleeping bag. The kitchen is equipped wih fridges and freezers, there is enough place as every hut has its own space in the fridge. You can charge your phone 24/7. There are no hot showers but normally you do not need it anyway because it can get really hot. We will try to come back and are already looking forward to another hike with Nina (dog of the neighbour). Thanks for everything!!!

Amazing accomodation and host! Communication with host was easy and fast. Room was spacious and balcony had seaview. TV has many channels if you decide to chill in the room. Everything is super clean and breakfast is better than most hotels. What makes this place special are hosts - such warm and welcoming people who are not there only to host but to give best advice and experience in Hvar in general. I would advise you to go to the dinner. On the menu were different types of fresh fish, vegetables, salad, domestic wine, liquers and dessert. I can't recommend it enough! Location is great, a minute by walk to the beach and also from place where you can get to the boat to island Šćedro - that I recommend for beach day. Highlight of the pansion Braco is Braco himself. Such a funny and interesting guy and it was a pleasure to meet him and spend some time with him! If you come to Zavala or island Hvar in general - this is the perfect place to stay.

Everything! Magda is a great host, the villa is 5 mins walking from the center, very clean and spacious room with big terrace. The breakfast was awesome, very varied and tasty. All in all, it was above our expectations. P.S. When we arrived, the room was waiting for us with the AC turned on, so after a hot sunny day, it was a real pleasure. 99% of the hosts, would leave the AC off and you turn it on when you arrive.

We stayed at Villa Welcome for two weeks and here is our take: - It’s spotless clean! - Owners are friendly and welcoming, the name Villa Welcome suits it so well. We felt cared about and like we were part of the family. - The location is great. - The patio is lovely, loved spending time there. - It’s quiet. - Kitchen is fully equipped, no need to bring anything. Additionally because of the other comments: I love that it’s not renovated. Everything works perfectly and is well taken care of. No need to upgrade just because it’s not trendy. It’s authentic, has charm, and does the job - no need for overconsumption. ❤️

The apartman is full of equipment, you can find everything which you need for your stay. The view for Jelsa is amazing!!! The whole apartman is very clean, and parking place is privat only for the guest. Supermarket is only 2 minutes by car. Other towns, like Stari Grad or Hvar is also very close by car. Our guests were very nice. There are 2 air-conditioner as well. The balcony is huge, perfect place for eating or grilling. I can recommend it everybody! I hope I can visit this place again. It is good to know, that if you want to visit the city on the shortest way by foot, there are 234 steps.
