If you are looking for a very nice hotel in the center very close to the entertainment center, then Mamaka by Ovolo is the right choice for you. The hotel is very pleasant and clean with wonderful staff. The two restaurants provide very good servis, with excellent food. Especially the rooftop restaurant with a swimming pool, from which there is a charming view of the sea with Kuta beach. The hotel also provides very good spa services. If you don’t just want to lie on the beach or by the pool, the hotel staff will arrange basically any trip around the island for you. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

stayed here for 1 night due to its location by the port, everything about the stay was absolutely perfect, the room, the breakfast and the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing, staying up to check us in late, and organising our ferry to Gili T for us on such short notice which was amazing (thank you Anita!!) Can’t reccomend enough

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect home away from home. Location was great. the only downside is that we booked a big van that could not drive right in front of the Villa. Hence we had to walk a distance from our Villa to our transport. So would advice to book a smaller van or go by car to the Villa. It was quite difficult especially during checked in and after checked out withi all the luggages and children. I like that every morning there were people who come into do housekeeping. Communication with the Villa manager is easy and he is helpful!
