I stayed overnight with my daughter, and we both loved the bed and pillows! So comfortable. And the staff was very friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists. The room is also very spacious, and the facilities in the room are complete. Everything was in order. The floor of the living room was a bit dusty, but since we didn't stay too long in the room, it was OK. I asked for late check out, and they kindly gave me till 1 pm. Since I had an online meeting till around 12.45, I was worried that they would rush us, but they didn't! (I had a bad experience with a hotel calling me when I was not out of the room at 12.30 when we asked for a late check out). We chose this hotel because of its location: right next to Lotte Avenue, which made it easy since we wanted to watch a theatre that night in Ciputra Art Center.
