WOW! What a lovely trip home! Everything was amazing. The accommodation was fab.and immaculately clean!! Lovely hot shower and great facilities In the kitchen. There's a lovely family run pub and restaurant next door which adds to the delight of staying here. Absolutely brilliant hosts..so friendly and helpful..We had a wonderful Christmas here!! Definitely going back here ASAP. So so Happy I booked here for our Christmas 2024 . It's one we will forever remember. Central location to suit our needs with a toddler and a small dog. Perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay in Duleek. We asked for a table and chairs to sit outside when the toddler was asleep and it was provided with ease. Excellent for parents of a young child. Big green to burn off extra energy before bed. We brought our own travel cot as discussed before our arrival and again was accommodated. We will be back.

From the moment we drove through the archway entrance we were in awe. We were greeted by Michael who walked us through to the mustard drawing room for plunger coffee and tea cake. Michael was happy to answer all our questions on this simply beautiful 1740s home, exquisitely furnished over many years. We stayed in the large four poster bedroom, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was in a closet, so quirky. Breakfast was excellent and served in the beautiful dining room with all the finery you normally see only on display in cabinets. Michael provided us with crockery so that we could sit in the alcove in the beautifully maintained gardens and enjoy a takeaway meal. A midday checkout was very welcome. We enjoyed every moment in this lovely home with charming hosts.

An amazing large converted farmhouse, isolated surrounded by fields but so close to main the road. Room large and comfortable with access to the terrace. Kitchen area and dining room with everything you need. Living room just like home with a cosy warm fireplace perfect for the winter. It was absolutely perfect. Instructions and communication on everything was very organised. We were lucky to have the place practically all for ourselves :-)

Great location with river and castle view. Huge Kirchen with cooking facilities and firewood. Stayed in a hut and felt like gypsies!
