Communication with the owner was excellent, she helped us when we were delayed due to traffic jams on the way to Italy. The owner gave us the keys personally and explained what and how. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a family with children. During the stay, the owner occasionally asked if everything was okay. She willingly helped us when needed (recommended restaurants, etc.) Overall, I rate it as a very pleasant place.

Comfortable and very spacious one bedroom flat. Perfect location, right in the city centre of Lecco, short walking distance to the train station. The host is very friendly and available for any questions or needs you may have!! In the flat you will find everything you need for your stay. We had days of very heavy rain and cold weather and the flat was at a very nice temperature! We will come back!

We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this apartment. It has amazing views of Lake Como and with two balconies you are spoilt for choice where to sit and admire the beautiful surroundings. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer and a coffee maker with coffee pods. You will need nothing while staying here! We appreciated the thoroughness of the owner with the check in process and all the effort they made with providing information on the local area. The town is lovely and had a nice vibe with lots of tables out and people enjoying a glass of wine curbside while soaking up the warm rays of the sun and the beautiful views of the lake.

Marco and cinzia what are the best host ever‼️ They were waiting at the property for our arrival and helped with luggage and explain the surrounding area for us. It was the end of our European vacation and we decided it was our best day ever.

We absolutely loved our stay at Buddy's House! The place was nice, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a prime location, super close to the beach with a private garage parking. The host was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect. Great location. Perfectly clean. Cozy apartments. Marco's hospitality is beyond praise. Even the TV was set to our native language, which later created problems for Marco to change the settings back.
