I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

Everything at Hotel Villa Rita was amazing! The property was beautiful and we especially loved spending time in the pool. We also loved that the hotel was family run, and you can feel the love that they have for this place and their guests. They were always on hand if we needed anything and went over and above to take care of us! I only regretted that we couldn’t spend more time there, but we will be back next year!

Domus Linda is a perfect stay in Ischia, in the middle of Forio town which is calmer and quieter than Ischia town. You can reach the famous church on foot. The place is spotless clean, central, nice warm water and a very good shower cabin. The bed is good, on the harder side. You can see a nice central square from the windows. Carla is an exceptional host, very welcoming, smooth and fast communication. Breakfast is exceptional, you can choose from wide range of food at arrival and she serves it to you in the morning. We had the fresh cornetto with Nutella and it was very good. Thank you, we'd love to return! Nice sandy beach of the town also in walking distance.

Breakfast on the terrace was an international feast thoughtfully prepared by our wonderful host, Christian. It included Italian cornettis, German yogurts, fresh fruits and juices, cereals and muesli from various countries, homemade jams and jellies, and the fluffiest scrambled eggs made with local ingredients. The coffee and tea bar was exceptional, offering various drink choices that made me return for more. Picture this - a mesmerizing view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the charm of Sant Angelo, all of it visible through a beautiful pergola covered in vibrant bougainvilleas. The view is so stunning that it will leave you spellbound.
