It started well with the welcome by hostess Sabine, who offered us a drink, gave us a tour and showed us to our room. The room was perfect, with nice thick mattresses and we slept very comfortably. The bathroom with shower was spotless and in perfect order. It is a B&B with a very extensive breakfast. During the day, you could also get croissants and coffee or other drinks on request. Sabine also gave us a list of restaurants in the area where we could have dinner that are less touristy. She was born in the Netherlands and speaks perfect Dutch, but German, Italian and other languages are no mystery to her either. Her husband Romelo renovated the house himself, adding his own style and finishing everything down to the last detail.

it was wonderful stay in Garda. The hotel has everything for great holiday - location in the centre next to the lake, easy private free parking, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, restaurants - dinners and breakfasts were great, sun bath place with a bar…. events! we listened to the wonderful concert in the hotel. We will be happy to stay there again 😍

The staff was really friendly. Everything there is superclean! The host offered welcome drink prosecco the first evening. Breakfast offered everything you need and more. This place is run by a family, and it really shows they are doing this with a big heart! Would definetily go back someday!

We loved that we were right on the lake, right next to the lake walk way and had two lovely restaurants just down stairs. Easy to walk to the beautiful little town, but just far enough out that it was quiet inside. It was the whole top story, it was big inside and newly renovated. The road was just behind the property but you could not hear it. Loved this little gem. Easy to walk to the bus centre - where tours start or you might travel to Garda via bus. You can easily catch the ferry to other places from Garda, so a great location.

The apartment is very well equipped with lots of little extras in the kitchen and utility room and Also lovely large bathroom and very spacious bedrooms. We loved the beautiful clean pool and sun loungers and grounds so tranquil and relaxing we had lots of fun with the children too! The owner was so friendly and helpful it instantly makes you feel relaxed. The apartment is very close to amenities, supermarkets shops and bakery which is so convenient but also close enough to walk if you wanted. We had a great time will hopefully be back again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I travelled alone with two dogs and it was the perfect dog friendly hotel. Staff is lovely and the rooms were clean and cosy with a beautiful view over Lake Garda. The restaurant is by far the best on the boulevard so even if you’re not staying there, it deserves a visit. Great seafood menu and lovely wine. I’ll definitely come back!!

Top located with lovely staff. Dog friendly, even with two (big) dogs. Very good breakfast with everything you need. The restaurant is great - we definitely will come back.

Located right on the lake, well maintained and very clean classic hotel with good facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, nice SPA and wellness area, beautiful garden), very good breakfast, friendly and competent staff, comfortable beds.
