The place was huge for our family. The rooms were also comfortable for our stay. The house also had everything well stocked up! We had some difficulties locating the key but thankfully we could communicate in chinese with the owner and managed to get ourselves in soon after. We had also left some clothes behind and the owner was very kind to send it over to us at our next location in Japan. We received it within 2 days! Thank you for the memorable stay!

The home owner was very friendly and very accomodating. The room was comfortable and we had access to a washing machine and kitchen. I would happily stay again and explore the surrounding areas. Food places nearby were some of the best I visited on my trip in Japan.

The place is amazing, it has spectacular views of the lake and Fuji. We chose a Japanese-style room, with tatami mats, futon and private bathroom, but without a doubt, the best of all was the treatment of the hotel staff. Kobayashi, the manager, attended to us personally and made sure that our stay was unforgettable. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, we lacked nothing. On the day of checkout they made us coffee and sat us in front of the views of Fuji. We will return without a second's hesitation. Unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The house blends traditional Japanese charm with modern comfort perfectly. The tatami-style setup gives an authentic cultural experience, while the separate Western-style bedroom provides extra comfort for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a huge refrigerator, induction stove, kettle, and a complete set of cutlery—everything we needed for a convenient stay. The entire house is exceptionally clean, and the fast internet and strong air-conditioning made it even more comfortable. We also appreciated having a washing machine with a dryer, which was extremely convenient for a longer stay. The bathroom and toilet area are very spacious, and the overall size of the house is impressive. The highlight for us was the beautiful Japanese garden, complete with a children’s playground and even a small petting area with rabbits in a hutch—such a delightful touch, especially for families. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality made the stay feel even more special. We would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and authentic Japanese experience.
