words cannot being to make this place justice. if you have the chance to stay here—do it. in a small island off the coast of naoshima, the most stunning restored japanese house, filled with art, records, insanely beautiful furniture, and the most comfortable beds you can imagine which are a dream after a long day of biking around the nearby islands. every room in yota's house is a universe on its own—we could have stayed forever exploring all the magazines and listening to all the CDs and records, and eating all the delicious food! every dinner dish was so flavorful and delicious, it was by far one of the best meals of my life and the highlight of my trip to japan. my friend and i will cherish these memories forever. thank you so much yota-san!

The house was very clean and full of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite clean. It's not in the city center and after arriving at the closest bus stop, you have to walk a bit to reach the apartment. But above all, it was a very nice stay!

Really big flat with everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend after eight months of traveling. A lively street, and very close to the train station. Lots of shops. Within walking distance of the castle.
