Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Exceeded very expectation. A beautiful place to be, very clean and really central (without any street noise). The food was delicious, service extremely attentive and caring, even offered espresso coffee at breakfast without additional charge. This is a clean, comfortable home stay with excellent food and very friendly, helpful owners (and a cute dog). We really enjoyed staying here for 3 nights and we were easily able to get to Kandy city centre by a short walk and local bus each day. The home stay is nestled in hilly rainforest which was a welcome surprise to us and having breakfast each morning here was a delicious and tranquil experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

With an amazing view, lovely, clean bedrooms (with a really comfy bed), and the best hosts you could ask for, we would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely will make your trip in Kandy, and if you can spend a few days Vipul will happily do tours to local areas which I can only imagine are excellent!

My friend and I had a nice time here in Kandy. We only stayed one night but we loved the breakfast in the morning and the porch connected to our room. The owner is super kind and also helped us plan our time in Kandy. The bed was comfortable too!

The staff were excellent and so helpful. The cafe downstairs had very tasty food and the location of the hotel was terrific, in short walking distance everywhere you’d like to see in downtown Kandy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and we had a great stay.
