The location. The food and hospitality was out of this world. Our evening meal, a tagine,was one of the best we had in Morocco. The breakfast was huge and delicious. We could park out motorcycles safely outside. Booking was for 3 people, 2 rooms, we were given 3 separate rooms for no extra cost.

Everything was perfect! Mohamed was incredibly welcoming and the food was such a pleasant surprise as it was better than at any other place we slept during our trip. The room was clean and perfectly adequate too. It gets quite cold on colder nights, but there are enough quilts to keep you warm! On top of all this, I forgot my ring in the room and Mohamed went above and beyond to get it to Marrakech so I could get it back before leaving Morocco. I can only recommend this place!

The owner was amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough. I arrived by motorcycle and I could park it in the garage. Dinner and breakfast was really good and plentiful.

    The staff of Auberge des lacs is amazing and ready for you at all times to help out, make you comfortable or have a fun conversation. The prepared meals are great. Imilchil is located between gorgeous mountains, next to beautiful lakes Tislit and Isli.
