Mohamed is a great host. We walked from Imlil to be greeted by him outside his cafe at the edge of the village. He gave us tea and made a delicious tagine before we headed to the property. The property was very clean with a nice warm shower. Mohammed was a great host and would sit and laugh with us for hours. We decided to stay a second night as we enjoyed his company and the property so much. He cooked a great breakfast and gave us some snacks for our day of walking. On the second night he took us down into another village in the valley that you probably wouldn’t visit to have tea with his friend. The place is quiet and the view is wonderful. The owner of the place Mr. Lahssein is very friendly. You feel like he is a member of your family because of his good treatment and kind words. An excellent place to clear your mind in the middle of the mountains.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for this accommodation. A refund was not possible, but our host offered us the dates we wanted to stay at no extra charge. He was true to his word! Oukaimeden is a beautiful place. Our host, Rachid, was exceptionally helpful during our short stay. The Gite was basic, but comfortable, and had better WiFi than anywhere we stayed in Morocco this year. Breakfast was good, and Rachid has a small restaurant a few minutes walk away from the Gite where a lovely tagine for dinner is available.

We had such a lovely time at this family guest house in Imlil! Our hosts were incredibly attentive and provided us with wonderful Moroccan breakfasts and dinners. They also helped us book a guide for a hike up to the base camp of Toubkal, who did a wonderful job. After a day of hiking, the hot shower was much appreciated. I would highly recommend considering Amazigh Family Riad for your stay!

The overnight stay was characterized by Mustapha's friendliness. Here, outstanding hospitality meets a European understanding of privacy. Mustapha's cooking skills complete the whole experience and make it uniquely good! The only point to keep in mind is that you are in the Atlas Mountains so warm clothing is highly recommended as even the rooms can get a bit chilly at night.

Amazing location, they will pick you up in 4x4 to take you to the hotel as the roads are narrow. It’s beautiful property with clean rooms. View is breathtaking. Our suite was very big with all facilities. The outdoor pool and sitting area is also very nice. This was one of the best stays in Morocco. 100% recommended. Host was polite and helped too. They also serve wine for 200 DHM. Food is also cheap price and best quality.
