The property was brand new. Very clean with good appliances. It was in a quiet apartment block just 5 minute walk from old town Kotor. Private parking just 10 meters away. Any questions were quickly answered by host who was very friendly. Absolutely recommend

Perfect position for a visit Kotor town (in a walking distance), historic town of Perast and the small island in nearby. The host, Marijana, is very kind, empathic and helpful: she recommended what to visit and how, recommended (based on our request) a good fish restaurant and helped us to find a parking place. The equipment of the appartment was very nice and practical.

Extremely great property with the highest level of possible comfort. The place is very well furnished and in the kitchen almost everything can be found. Close to the sea, the beach is not very wide but comfortable for swimming, not equipped with sun-beds but it was okay for us.

The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.

Amazing location in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, surrounded by mountains and the seaside. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the gym, which is one of the most spacious I’ve seen with natural light coming in from everywhere. I love SIRO’s lifestyle concept with breakout areas for hanging out, working, conversing, an open kitchen with indoor/outdoor areas. To walk out into the square where there is an array of shops and a grocery store and even a rock climbing wall is amazing. And just one step away from the port. The rooftop wasn’t complete, but I took a people and the views and atmosphere are amazing. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra delightful. I had lunch at the restaurant which had the perfect blend of local and healthy cuisine. Definitely a place I can’t wait to return to.

firstly the villa is absolutely stunning and has one of the best views in Kotor especially from the patio. window view is perfect and the rooms are incredible, me and my husband felt so at home and welcome. we stayed in many hotels/apartments in Montenegro and this was our favourite by far! couldn’t of asked for a better host we felt so welcome, he accommodated us perfectly. in summer season they also have a pool and lots of space outside which is incredible with the view. It also is within walking distance of everything!

From the moment Ana greeted me, the experience at ApartHotel Maxim felt like visiting old friends rather than simply checking into a hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully arranged, with a private balcony that opened onto an unforgettable view of the Bay of Kotor. Direct access to the sea made it easy to slip into the water or wander along the promenade to the city centre. Ana’s warmth was matched by her family’s helpfulness: her son Vlado kindly carried my luggage and even provided me with a bicycle to explore the town. On the morning of my very early departure, Ana insisted on seeing me off in person, a gesture that spoke volumes about her genuine care for guests. Such hospitality, infused with sincerity and thoughtfulness, transforms a stay into a cherished memory.
