Food was excellent,it helped a lot that Dan spoke english,had plenty of coffee and juice at Breakfast our room had been cleaned by the time we had finished eating

Idyllic location by the lake. Everything about the property was beautiful and the service excellent. Food was excellent.

Very individual design and even with the busy hotel activity in the neighborhood Casa Bella is really calm. The high rise beds are very comfortable, with very intelligent solution for light switches and fans… very well working aircon. Kitchen equipped with basic ingredients, fridge with eggs and some drinks… we didnt use it, but it was nice to have the option. Dogs were not only welcome, they had a water bowl prepared in the common area. A small welcome board on the door was a very sweet plus to feel at home. Great to have the option to use restaurant service of Casa Marimba.

Amazing location, super pretty, big rooms, hot water, very well kept, clean, very friendly staff, bit outside of the city centre. Perfect for a stay of any length, we could have spent a week here just because its that nice. They also have another property at Laguna de Apoyo.

It was great, even so my Spanish ain’t great the host was super friendly and like to talk and help wherever he could. The house is amazing, it’s a family house, spacious and you feel like being a friend at someone’s home and not stranger in a hotel!

This property is within walking distance to San Juan de Oriente and Catarina where there is much to see and do if you are a creative traveller or on a walking holiday that passes nearby. This family of artists are simply wonderful; they went out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveller more enjoyable, introducing me to the fruits i brought in the local town and even showing me some ancient stone carvings in their local woodland. The accommodation offers excellent value for money and i enjoyed a wonderful ceramics lesson with a master ceramicist. Here you can enjoy an authentic Nicaraguan experience in terms of the surrounding environment whilst feeling safe, and knowing your hosts are trying to improve their local environment. Fall asleep listening to sounds of the forest and wake up to watch monkeys in the trees.

Granados guesthouse was something special. Having been on the road for a little while, I knew that I would need a place to stay that was away from the hostels and allowed me to have some time for myself. As I turned the corner into the calle, I felt at home immediately. The surrounding neighborhood was very friendly and welcoming to me. Of course this extends to the hosts of the guesthouse. All of the people who work there were very helpful and very friendly. Even when there was a tiny bit of confusion regarding the cost of the stay (completely my own misunderstanding) the hosts explained everything in full. The suite was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough room for maybe 3 or 4 people to be in this suite comfortably. The bedroom was well air-conditioned and, being the sole occupant, I was able to adjust it to my liking. There was no air conditioning unit in the rest of the suite, but it didn't matter because the fans were effective at spreading cooler air to the rest of the apartment from the bedroom. The air-conditioning was definitely needed and was very reliable. The WiFi was strong and the suite contained two televisions that worked very well. There's a veranda or terrace with two chairs as you come into the front door of the apartment . You have a perfect view of the Mombacho Volcano. It was perfect to spend time on it after a long hot day exploring Granada with an ice cold seltzer or beer. I enjoyed a couple of cigars too. I checked with Belford and he said that this was fine. Breakfast was made and brought up to the room for me in the morning by la señorita, she was very kind in helping me with directions to the bus station and help with my laundry. The food was ample enough for a keen hiker and explorer like myself. I am really pleased with my stay and will be recommending this place to everyone I meet.

We had a great stay. Eventhough we arrived much later than expected, we were very warmly welcomed. Unfortunately we could only spend one night, next time we need to plan differently!

Excellent location with many restaurants and supermarket,next to the Central park,it only takes ten minutes to walk to Uca bus station.The apartment equipped with surveillance system is very safe ,the room is spacious and clean.The owner is super friendly and helpful,recommend to stay!
