What did I like? Everything! Staff was polite and helpful. Provided us with a free room upgrade. Room was clean. Not exactly spacious but also not small - a very comfortable size. Shower pressure was great. While breakfast selection is not a great variety (like asia hotels), but it was great - quality foods. English breakfast & continental breakfast selection.

It's a magic place to use as a base to take the train up from Flam, or walk down to Aurland for the shops or to take a fjord cruise. Most of all, it's somewhere to relax and take in the views of the fjord, in many different moods at different hours. We were entertained watching parasailers drift back and forth across the ridge, before slowly descending below us, and awestruck by unpowered cyclists tackling the zig zag climb to the Stegastein lookout.

Situated in western Norway’s Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this waterfront hotel offers easy access to ferry boat fjord tours.

The hotel's beautiful location on the fjord makes it a truly exceptional experience! The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a wide range of options as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
