The apartment is large, has a beautiful terrace and absolutely everything you could possibly need, bathrobes, cleaning products, a washing machine, even a swing. Yet still the best part is the owner who kindly waited for us until midnight and even made us a delicious breakfast! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to park. Our dog was welcome too. We will definitely repeat our stay!

: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk was exceptional—especially Raphael, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. We stayed in the suite (room 409), and it was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The pool and pool deck were also a highlight: relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

It is not the usual five-star routine with practiced smiles. The hotel moves as a single, living organism under the gracious orchestration of Mr. José Diogo, whose natural kindness seems to flow through every corridor and every member of staff. Nothing feels rehearsed; warmth here is unforced, precise, and deeply human. It is comfort made intelligent; every detail correct, from the water’s warmth to the fall of the drapery, down to the coffee at the perfect temperature. Nothing announces itself; everything simply works. Immaculate cleanliness is not merely visible; it is felt. The Palácio keeps a classic soul at a remarkably high standard, and pairs that soul with a quietly posh sensibility that never shouts. The hotel and its people act together, attentive without hovering, elegant without theater. We have stayed in well over a hundred five-star hotels; this is the finest experience we have ever had. It is the sort of place where a single visit becomes a tradition almost without your consent. You do not simply rest here, physically and spiritually; you become part of the ongoing story. My wife cried twice: first from happiness when we entered our room, and again from a gentle sadness before we left. That says more than any rating. We will return, and then return again, in the years to come.

Very nice room, bright, it was very clean, the landlord was kind, it is situated in safe location, the swimmingpool was clean and nice, atmosphere there is calm. Nice decoration everywhere. Enough of towels, clean kitchen. We were satisfied. And they have sooo lovely little dog,very friendly :)

Good location, quiet neighborhood, host was wonderful and accommodating. The room was lovely and would be great for multiple nights especially with the kitchenette. Very dog friendly.
