Loved this place! The room was huge and very nicely designed. Had lots of hot water. The restaurant was very tasty and had very good prices. I got a massage, mani and pedi and all were great! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

I felt completely at home, safe and comfortable. I thought the location was excellent, really close to the city centre and other attractions such as African Art and Culture centre. Because it is set back from the High street, an 8 minute walk, it is peaceful at night. I enjoyed the walk to the main street, it had a village atmosphere with residents greeting you and public transport easily available. The hosts, Innocent and Bryan are so welcoming and share so much information if you want it. Breakfast foods are provided and you make it yourself as and when you want. I went out for lunch and dinner, however takeaways can be delivered. For me, this was the perfect stay. I booked one night, stayed for six and am returning soon. And last but not least, Castro the dog; calm, chilled dog, only interested in sticks. Oh! And I forgot to mention the beautiful, relaxing garden.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the quality of the food – it was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The security was also very reliable, which gave me great peace of mind during my stay. Agnes, the owner, was so welcoming and kind to us. She made us feel comfortable and at home during our whole stay. She is also an amazing cook and provides exceptional breakfasts and dinners. The place is very clean and cosy and the rooms very comfortable. We also loved the two pet dogs that live on the property :)

Chilled location with a lovely family and 2 super cute dogs. I really appreciated my stay as the place felt more familiar and you will always get help if you need something. Breakfast was super, I also had dinner and it was really delicious… I only can recommend this place…

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed comfy. The location was great as it's very close to the Maasai market and the city center. After dark the area felt a bit scary but the hotel itself felt pretty safe as there was a guard and some guard dogs.

Ligia and Joshua were wonderful hosts. It was like staying with friends. The house was clean; bedroom spacious and comfortable; breakfast of fresh fruits, toast with fresh tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and onions was good; great pets - two lovely African village dogs, Kes and Kira; within 1 km of downtown Arusha. I would be glad to stay here again.

Agnes is a warm and welcoming host, nice location with a lot of shops near by. Very nice common area with day beds and sofas and a beautiful green garden. Nice decorated place with big spacious rooms. The breakfast was very filling. The dog Winta is a big bonus :)
