Ample room space for a couple, hot water, cold aircon. I recommend the "USA" room with unobstructed view of the sunset over the beach from the balcony. The beach directly in front of the hotel is main where locals park their boats. We stayed in 3 hotels between Kendwa and Nungwi beach. This was the best value for money hotel.
