We had a great 3-day stay at the apartment! The host was super nice and even arranged an early check-in, which we were really grateful for. The apartment was very cozy, with a beautiful view from the bedroom. Plus, having a free parking spot within the residential building was a big convenience.

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Very nice location in the centre of all the restaurants and sooo close to the beach. Very good noise isolation, absolute fantastic expercience here. The suite was nicely made and very spacious. Easy check in check out process. And dont forget to eat at the restaurant downstairs (honeys). They have "real food", which is not common in the states. Breakfast is definitely a must do! We had a magical 3 days here.

It was a delight to stay at the Upsun in Miami. The first great impression was Sandra on reception. Her customer service is second to none, she was the most friendly and helpful hotel receptionist that I've ever encountered and she made our stay. The other staff we met were equally as friendly and supportive, but Sandra definitely stood out and made us feel special. The room was modern, fresh and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our booking at Upsun was a last minute booking, as we had been disappointed with our previous hotel that we stayed at prior to going on our cruise. We cancelled the stay with the other hotel on our return from the cruise for 2 nights, and booked the Upsun. We were so pleased that we did, as this was a breath of fresh air, that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great location for shops and restaurants, and only around a 10min walk to South Beach. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Miami.

Location of the hotel is great. Hotel facilities are beautiful, clean and modern. Good size of the room and had a small terrace to use. I love how pet-friendly Kimpton's hotels are and this is no exception. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located in a nice spot, close to the beach and on Collins Avenue, which is often use for picking up tourists to go for city rides (like hop-on hop-off busses). It is very clean, rooms are spacious and supply of hot water is excellent. The staff is very friendly and communicative. Hotel is also pet friendly. If you join “Hilton Honors’ program, you get some extra benefits for free (free wifi, bottled water etc.).
