Perfect stay: the owners are so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early for a small fee as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Clean room and only a short walk to the town centre.

The Chiem Hoi An is a wonderful hotel. The staff is outstanding - very helpful - always have a smile - always willing t please. The Hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach..has two pools of its own...and walking distance to a market with good eating, massages and convenience stores. The breakfast served is Al a Cart and you order a day before. Excellent breakfast catered to your specific requirement and taste. Just loved the experiance . Keep up the good work.

Hotel is very new and rooms are quite spacious - excellent facilities. Great breakfast - best actually during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. Service level was very good Overall very enjoyable stay - but be aware that this is a huge complex including a casino. Go if you want to have a beach hotel with all amenities but don't look for authenticity

New hotel with a modern, light atmosphere. Extremely clean and well maintained. POOL is very good - large and deep, with a separate shallow area for children. Weather was particularly hot so water was warm/hot depending on time of day. Evening swimming was fabulous. Bar open to 10pm for drinks/cocktails/nightcap. Comfortable sunbeds and bed pods for relaxing at any time. Large, fluffy pool towels available. Toilet and shower at poolside. ROOMS - very good size, large comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Blackout curtains are a welcome addition with sun coming up early. Bathroom had shower in bath, good quality towels, face cloths and very nice and plentiful, nice smelling toiletries. Large TV - you'll need a Netflix account to access programmes. Kettle, tea, coffee and a stocked fridge - pa for what you use. Balcony had a great idea of the pool and river beyond. FOOD - breakfast is buffet style. Good choices, plentiful and very fresh. We had some health issues in our family - coeliacs(gluten intolerance) and dairy/lactose intolerance - Luyen, in charge of breakfast organised gluten free options and offered soy milk. She guided us through what options we could and couldn't have. Very dedicated and knowledgeable F&B member of the staff. LOCATION - between town and beach. Taxis are easily available - reception will organise. Costs less than VND100,00 one way. Very quiet - can hear ducks on the river. Sunset view through the trees is wonderful. STAFF - every one of the team was friendly, smiling and helpful. Requests and questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently. WORKSHOPS - some free workshops to fill a few hours were very good. SPA - not tested but staff were always available to attend to guests. Absolutely will returning da. We went to relax and it was perfect for us.

The place was clean, well taken care of and had a vibrant atmosphere. The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room had all the facilities needed at hand and there was bike facilities which was useful to explore near the local area. We loved staying here and would definitely book it for a second time!

Everything was perfect. But the best was the staff, they are a very nice family, so welcoming and lovely. The place is great if you want a quiet place :) Tip: let them book your ferry tickets, and rent motorbike with them. It may look like the motorbikes are not in good condition, but they work fine and are much better than others elsewhere. Will come back!

Everything, Mai and her family are the most beautiful people and they run this bespoke 8 room hotel treating their guests as family. The rooms and facilities are first rate. The personal touch's such as the home cooked local breakfast is sooo nice and the food is spectacular. I cannot rate this stay high enough. Thank you Mae, you made an absolutely lovely stay on Hoi An something that my wife and I will remember forever. I promise that we will return.

Villa was located on an island, away from hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town. Room was spacious. Host was doing her best to make us feel welcome. She helped with organizing tours. It was pet friendly place.

Cong was an amazing host, we arrived very early from our bus, and he greeted us and allowed us to check in early. We were able to rent bikes (free) and scooters from him also which was very handy. The location was great, on a quiet road but close to everything. Rooms were nice and clean, and the little balcony was lovely to sit out on. There's also a cute little dog who's very calm but will happily take a pet. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Quiet place in a great location. Close to restaurants and mini-marts. Dog friendly accommodation with terrific hosts. Close to Hoi An Old Town but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of it.
