It felt like a very authentic Vietnamese experience to stay at Happy Happy bungalow. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We were served vegetarian lunch and dinner as requested and everything was delicious. We also did the motorbike tour with them and it was one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We got to explore rice fields, local farms and neighbouring mountains. I’ll definitely recommend doing the tour with them if you’re staying here. They also have a puppy and a cat and they just enhance the entire experience ten-fold. It really was a happy happy stay for us.

Very lovely homestay with many types of foreigners if you are solo traveling and want the option to be social. It has great trekking tours with rutes around Sapa where you don't meet big groups trekking and many times you don't meet any. Pè is a great and funny host, and you feel safe going around with him. He's brother the same. The food is great, and much of the meat or ingredients are from the homestay or the village. The Hmong have an interesting story and way of living, and the family at the homestay is really sweet and humble. They have a nice dog and a cat and lovely kids. The rooms are simple, and the beds are nice, and for the price, it's a great value. It has been my best stay in Vietnam and will come back in the future. The views are amazing, and you can see both sides of the mountains.

We had a great time at Mama Sisi’s Homestay. The place is amazing and Mama Sisi is lovely. We also did a trekking tour with her cousin and everything went really well. We definitely recommend it!

Lovely bungalows, great view and clean. Fitted out to keep you warm even when it got cold with the warmers on the bed and heater in the room. Staff were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the relaxation here, a little walk up to sapna (or cheap taxi) but we loved the walk to get us up and moving for the day
