This was our best experience so far in Vietnam. It was so lovely that we extended our stay! The landscape is truly breathtaking and the views from our room and the hotel in general are superb. But the best part is certainly the hospitality from the team, especially the owner Tom, who guided us on a full day hike and took us to see the local market. It was an unforgettable experience! The pool is unbeatable, every meal was excellent (we never ordered the same thing twice and were always thrilled!), and the rooms are luxurious. I could easily spend a few more days here as the team made it very easy to explore the region, with great tips and recommendations. Motorbike rental was super easy, and highly recommended! One of our favorite things to do was just drive through the valleys. I would highly recommend staying here at least 3 nights to fully enjoy the region, and would easily come back. 10/10!

The host speaks really good English and is a really funny and nice guy. His Dad is also the sweetest human ever. The facilities are basic but authentic. You always got hot water as well! It was really cold at night but they gave us extra blankets so you were always cosy at night. Food was okay at a reasonable price. The location is good so that you are around other cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out. The location felt a little off the tourist trail so was very peaceful but also close enough to enjoy different spots. Just be aware that if you get the bus etc to Pu Luong this homestay is at the bottom of the valley about 40 minutes in the car so be prepared to pay taxi etc. the host will help though and is very responsive on WhatsApp. We stayed two nights which was enough time to enjoy a hike into the jungle with Hien and a full day tour with the host on the motorbike. Both were reasonably priced and real highlights of our trip. The jungle trek is really interesting and Hien was able to speak some English so he could explain to us certain things about the jungle etc. We stopped at the big waterfall on the way back and we all went swimming. On the motorbike tour we visited a very big cave and bamboo rafting. We stopped for a very delicious lunch and enjoyed gorgeous views from the motorbike. I would recommend staying at-least two nights to appreciate the surroundings!
