Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. I liked everything in terms of location and the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms. Lina and the young man were also very sophisticated and cooperative. I loved the apartment, its cleanliness and the equipment. Everything was wonderful.

Pets may not use common areas such as restaurants, bars, pool, etc. Great hotel in the center of Benasque, very comfortable, good airconditioning and lovely staff! We even booked a night extra.

Facilities at this design hotel include a gym. The hotel is in one of the main streets in Andorra la Vella. There is easy access to the shops and ski slopes They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83 countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.

It’s a wonderful hotel near the shopping center of Andorra la Vella, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met. The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend!

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.
